Private Queen Room
A room entirely your own, with a queen bed for stretching out and quiet mornings before the day begins.
Four days in the Tasmanian wild with women who get it. No kids to organise, no one to check in with, no explaining why you need this. Just come.
Meet women who understand this stage of life and build friendships that outlast the retreat.
Step away from home for four days where nobody needs you to look after them.
Take in the wild beauty of Tasmania with nothing to organise — it's all done for you.
Come home reconnected, and reminded there's still room for adventure in your life.
When was the last time someone took care of you?
For so many women, life has been filled with caring for others — raising children, supporting a partner, looking after ageing parents, keeping the household running, always saying yes when someone needed you.
Now, life has changed. The kids have grown. Relationships and friendships have shifted. The house feels quieter than it used to.
You love your family deeply — but somewhere along the way, you stopped making yourself a priority. Maybe you've dreamed of travelling but didn't want to do it alone. Maybe you're craving genuine friendship, new experiences, or simply a few days where nobody expects anything from you.
If that sounds familiar — you're not alone, and you belong here.

Imagine waking up without a list of things that need to be done. No meals to prepare, no one needing your attention before you've even had your first coffee.
Instead, you'll spend your days exploring the breathtaking beauty of Tasmania, sharing meals with incredible women, laughing until your cheeks hurt, and taking a moment to simply be. Whether you arrive knowing no one or bring a friend along, you'll leave with memories, confidence and connections that last long after the retreat ends.
Every room includes the same four days of connection, laughter and adventure. Choose based on how much privacy — or company — you're after.
A room entirely your own, with a queen bed for stretching out and quiet mornings before the day begins.
Our roomiest option — a private suite with a king bed, for anyone who wants extra breathing space.
Twin-share with another guest, with a king bed to spread out in. Plenty of friendships start with a late-night chat here.
A comfortable queen bed in a twin-share room — a simple way to keep the cost down without giving up a good night's sleep.
Two king single beds in a shared room — our most affordable option, with plenty of privacy for a restful night.
Not sure which to pick? Shared rooms are a great way to meet someone from day one — private rooms are perfect if you know you'll want quiet time to yourself. Either way, the four days are yours.
We deliberately keep each retreat intimate, so it never feels like being herded through an itinerary.
No hand-off to a stranger — Deb is there for all four days, start to finish.
Accommodation, meals and each day's adventure are organised before you arrive.

"I was blessed to experience an amazing opportunity to join Deb at the 2026 Uluru retreat. This was nothing short of transformational. Deb aligned with the needs of the participants and held space for each to navigate their journey of awareness, letting go and integration. She worked with the energy of Uluru to help all feel loved, supported and held during the whole experience. This experience is something I will treasure forever. And to see and feel the rain fall on the rock and wade through the water that fell off the rock… that was magic. This definitely won't be my last retreat with Deb."
"Such a wonderful experience connecting with Deb. Her energy is contagious. Love her honesty and known BS approach. She is raw and open. Will highly recommend her workshop. Looking forward to continuing my journey of inner connection."
"Deb's authenticity and genuineness are refreshing and engaging. She speaks from her soul and she leads people to dig deep into their core and to understand their purpose using her natural skills as a Shaman."
It's completely normal to feel a little nervous about booking a retreat on your own. Almost everyone arrives with those same thoughts. The beautiful truth? Within hours, strangers become dinner companions — and by the end, most women say they found the sisterhood they didn't know they were missing.
Absolutely — in fact, most women who join our retreats come on their own. Everyone is there for the same reason: to connect, explore and enjoy the experience together. By the end, it's not uncommon to leave with lifelong friendships.
Our guests are mostly women in their 40s, 50s and 60s+ — women moving into a new chapter of life and ready to prioritise themselves again. If that sounds like you, you'll be right at home.
No. This isn't about therapy or spiritual healing — it's about genuine connection, adventure and giving yourself permission to enjoy life again.
You're welcome to bring a friend — many women do, and just as many come solo. This retreat is for women only, so partners aren't able to join.
You're not the only one who feels that way — most guests do at first. Our small group size means conversations happen naturally, without you having to force anything.
Yes — private rooms are available if you'd prefer your own space. See the room options above for pricing.
We keep numbers deliberately small so it never feels like a tour group and everyone gets real face time with Deb and each other.
You'll receive a full packing list once you book, tailored to Tasmania's spring weather and the activities planned for your retreat.
That feeling is exactly why this retreat exists. Four days away isn't selfish — it's what lets you show up better for everyone else once you're home. You're allowed to say yes to yourself.
Spots are kept deliberately small so every guest gets real connection — not just an itinerary. Choose your room and reserve your place.
